ADMISSION INQUIRY FORM (ACADEMIC SESSION 2027-28)

Admission Procedure

- Please refer to the list of required documents needed at the time of filling the registration form.
- Registration forms are available at Khandwa Road school campus and will be filled offline.
- Submission of online inquiry form does not imply confirmed admission.
- Following is the age criteria for admission to Nursery to Class 1 for the academic year 2027-28:
  - Nursery: The child should have completed 2 years and 8 months as on 1st April 2027
  - Kindergarten 1: The child should have completed 3 years and 8 months as on 1st April 2027
  - Kindergarten 2: The child should have completed 4 years and 8 months as on 1st April 2027
  - Class 1: The child should have completed 5 years and 6 months as on 1st April 2027

The list of required documents for registration to NDPS

If you wish to submit the registration form immediately, please carry the self-attested photocopies of the following documents:

Birth certificate of the child (please also carry the original).
Aadhar card of the child (if available) (please also carry the original).
Previous years’ report cards and a midterm assessment copy for the current year (if applicable).
Please also carry passport-sized coloured photographs of the child and the parents.

Admission Fees and Caution Money Deposit(One-time payment with admission): A non-refundable Admission Fee and a refundable caution money deposit are payable at the time of admission.

Applicable schedule, rules and regulations

Fee will be accepted offline through any mode like cash/cheque / DD/POS Machine or online through school portal.
As per IT Rules fees in CASH can be accepted up to Rs. 2 lakhs only. Amount in Excess of Rs.2 lakhs will be accepted by Cheque/DD/POS or Online only.
Admission Fee is payable only once at the time of admission and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Caution Money is payable only once at the time of admission and will be refunded at the time of leaving the school.
Annual Charges are payable in full with the first instalment.
School development fee is payable in two instalments with the 1st and 3rd term fees.
Lunch and Transport fees are and payable for 10 months only and only if opted for.
Tuition Fees is payable for 12 months.
The parent will not be allowed to withdraw the optional facilities in the Mid-session
